I was munching on my Friday afternoon cashew nuts dipped in yogurt & sprinkled with organic honey...living my best life, watching my 8 figure mentor, Kelly Roach, present her 2-day digital event closing speech. We just witnessed Gary Vaynerchuk talk and answer questions...this was really fun for ANY business owner, I'm telling you. It shows that he is not at all all about hustle and is a BIG wellness, fitness, work-life balance proponent.
He detailed his Honey Empire and the company's culture, kindness, how to be in a place of empathy in business and life, rewarding good behaviour, not rewarding bad behaviour...and how putting people before any ROI helps him run his wildly successful 9 (or so) companies.
His one sentence message? "It is all about the people."
This led me (back) to the closing speech that Kelly gave and why I have been standing in her field of excellence, drive, unstoppable mindset for a year now...absorbing the care, delivery and her business school materials that go from online sales, marketing, mindset and leading with a winning team with CARE.
Her one sentence message: "Care and always over deliver excellence!"

ON BECOMING SELF-ACTUALIZED

How To Be Their Best CHAMPION...at the HIGHEST HUMAN levels.
Stop believing their words and the reason they believe in their STORY. Do your due diligence, ask the raw and vulnerable questions, and CARE about their TRUEST EXPRESSION, POTENTIAL, not (just) surface WORDS or needs.
You might need to do a 180 on that belief. Let me explain...
I kept meeting the same objections over and over again when talking to a close friend about future plans... possible vacations in Greece together.
It frustrated the life out of me since I saw it (...wait for it) as a "NO, I don't like, approve, nor care about your needs/wants. I have no intention to go along or make any moves on my end."
If I was misreading the situation, signals, and words...then I was totally off. And I rarely am. But something in me told me to keep up the conversation...and ask different questions, which was about THEIR needs and wants.
It revealed that it was nothing about me or my desires...but she felt heartbroken over the last fiasco vacation to Turkey with her then-boyfriend. That after having a really good time together came a messy and hurtful breakup.
Once we talked it over and she felt what needed to be felt...the pain subsided and she became open and emotionally available to see the amazing possibility that this trip could be. For both of us.
An objection is really nothing more than a sign that the person is considering the situation, but doesn't trust themselves fully to say YES from an empowered place.
Take it as an invitation, as asking for help, guidance, support, or coaching to the other side of the person's desires.
In transformational work? People want what you have to offer. They also need help in bridging the gap between their needs and something of higher nature. They want relief from where they are to where they want to be. They want to trust you that you have so much more to bring to the table than "a sales pitch"...even when your offer is already SOLID GOLD, they love you and show up in your lives regularly.
Help them realize and believe that what they deeply desire can be possible for them and you will never meet an objection, only plenty of opportunities to champion your person.
They need a home and money. But in fulfillment, they desire and want transformation that leads to them being further down the road of being self-actualized.
Always know about your person (private or business):
1) Is this desire something they are aware of ... and their deeper meaning behind the surface need?
2) Is the life together, or ...working together ...going to be instrumental in their reach for self-actualization?
3) Will your suggestions/help/coaching bring them closer to their purpose, divine plan, closer to themselves...or further away?
Humans are fickle in so many ways.
The only thing that holds us in line with each other is our desires...which we are willing to live and die for ...to become the BEST HUMANS we can be and to live out our highest potential.
Supporting THAT in your person takes them 10,000 miles deep in the world of intangible gifts speaking their own language. Taking a person on their own HERO journey to that land of possibilities takes immense courage and LOVE.
And lovers ...and riches... are an important part of that path of becoming self-actualized.

Some of you need to hear this, so let me get into it.
I'm forever grateful that I've kept my high ticket business throughout the years. I'm happy that I could lean in and learn how to trust my genius. I am proud of myself that I understand the true value I bring to the table, with my quirky personality and all. The Super Power Effect...what comes after the 6 figures?

If you have been on the same rollercoaster, you know what I'm talking about. I lost 2 close friends in the past 12 months and said no to many relationships that were all of a sudden one big dead-end for me. Old friend loneliness kicked in...and I decided to support myself through that old story. Got new insights, new perspectives, new emotional responses to choose from... which in return helped me create my world differently.
Once those (many) doors closed, many (more) new windows opened and an abundance of requests, interest, people who want to team up, work with me, and even share their precious life with me...started showing up.

I hear through the grape wine of Facebook that marketing and sales are harder for introverts, that consistency and focus are more difficult for extroverts. News flash.
There is no personality frame that can stop your desire. These personality traits can help you manage yourself better, but never stop you in what you're doing.
There are a number of ways how you can show up, even without the Paris branding photos, Live FB every day, or having a team that prepares on your copy that you then throw away...
None of my clients had that. C'mon, people have built their 6 and 7 figures without a website, with half a VA, and just focusing on client delivery, client results, and working on their copy getting better. I am one of them.
As in...and I hear this a LOT...it has to be perfect. It has to feel right, sound right, apply right, provoke the right people, and sell to the perfect clients too. A lot of rights, and a lot of conditioning. That is a self-worth issue, not necessarily a personality type issue.
I have no problem of showing up, as do my clients when I believe and know the topic, have my mindset in place and am half prepared, and half winging it.
You are supposed to talk about relevant things from your work or life, but you forget you know them much better than anyone else does. That is your unique selling point.
Marketing is, in my opinion, not a thing one can just outsource. You really need to know your method, your work process, your sales and know what process works best for you in achieving amazing client results. I know that everyone can find their unique say in the matter of outsourcing.
All introverts have a lot to say. Sure, we find it may be more challenging as in how to say it.
So that takes practice. Not practicing will make you weak in marketing and slow in your intellect.
But when introverts stand on the stage or host an event with a topic they care for? Everyone is listening, as there is always a highly relevant context in their content.
DO not let any personality frame to frame you.
DO use it to help you work on your corners.
YOU are much, much, much bigger than any philosophy or structure made around a person's personality.
And that? It wins every time you let yourself BE.

"GAME OVER" IS AN OPTION ON THE XBOX, NOT IN YOUR LIFE.

Picture me on a Saturday morning, just after another visit to the toilet. Nope, I was not sick. I was scared. Shi* scared.
It has been a month since I had 2 accidents with my motorbike (remember my red hot Ducati?).
Nothing big nor serious, a bruised leg in a few places, and a few crucial pieces broke off.
I felt powerless. I felt stupid. I felt judged. I felt weak.
Yes, I was the only woman in the group of 10 men…and our field trainer. Yes, I was second-most experienced in regards to the miles I had on my meter. Yes, I was having an outstandingly good attitude that day, since it was my birthday. But...
I was also…tired. Hot in that warm June day. I simply overestimated myself and allowed the, “let’s GO, new adventure!!” take over the, “I feel like staying in bed today...REALLY!”.
So when that first crash occurred, it literally swept me off my feet and my mind was boggled “what, why, where did this come from?” Especially since I was super cheerful and aware for the first part of the day, when we had a theory class in the cold air-conditioned classroom...
It got super serious super quick on the training field (it was 33 degrees Celsius and 91 degrees Fahrenheit). I was in a full-body leather suit, a helmet, and was surrounded by 9 guys on big motorbikes. IN over my head…much?
It is GREAT to know things in theory…but, theory, strategy, planning, knowing the topic WELL is only meant to prepare you ... for action. Putting that theory in action (delivery) is where most people fail due to a lack of proper understanding of what is really going on. So...

some start disliking the process, the drill, and all of the sudden they figure out “this is not for me, not what was I thinking, envisioning, it is too much/out there/too weird for me/too uncomfortable/ I can't breathe...” and they let the FEAR take over.
-
other times the coach fails to speak to the proper part of the mind and soul of their clients... to encourage them to do what they have never done before, but really want to. Something that they are ready for... they are ready for those 5 and 6 figure deposits.
....And eventually, they slowly but surely...drop out. Thinking they did something wrong. Both of them, that is. Yet…you did nothing wrong. You just were not SEEN and treated the way that is aligned with your highest best interest.
Since you think you aren't ready, nor do you adapt for that level of experience...yet...you think you are way beyond what anyone has to offer since you have "seen it all, done it all".
You see…high achievers and creative visionaries with a big appetite to act and deliver simply…cannot quit. It is organically impossible. Unless they are in a… C O M A. The experience they desire - let it be the wind in the hair, finally giving birth to a baby, a home or a multi 6 figures business in 90 days …or getting THAT love…doesn't let them let down that lethal focus, at least until they have what they truly desire. In the simplest way possible, with a speed tag on it.
So, after my bruised ego and ground chakras settled down and I stopped reliving the whole situation, my fear loosened up. My Mind Detox process was applied many times over to prevent further negative scenarios...Don't ever buy into the fear without deeply questioning it.
Knowing... there is SO much MORE out there.
Knowing... it is yours to have and be.
Knowing... it is easier than your mind is making you believe.
The moment you let that fear take over you…game OVER!
And the moment you DECIDE to live to the fullest and act accordingly? Game ON!!
Also (BONUS POINTS) life finds ways to reward you from its limitless resources. INSTANTLY. So, my unsolicited advice would be to always choose…MORE LIFE.
Next, picture this. I'm at the cafe with a big smile, full of relief and pride. I'm a bit tired, but I won. Fear lost. Game ON.
I drove the bloody motorbike all the way to a mechanic and I was careful, yes, but the fearless badass feeling was BACK!! Wind in the hair and many, many exquisite pleasures to have with my Red Hot Monster were yet to be lived.
I expect nothing less from Life. Nor from me. Not from you. No one decides your great adventures and how you want to live them, except YOU.
So, let’s get back in the saddle. Let’s move on into creating a Life and Business that matters and empowers more people to love and have gratitude FOR LIFE!
